AirTime Canceled Tonight- Due to a scheduling conflict by AirTime, Lessenger’s AirTime event has been cancelled for tonight and will be rescheduled for a later date.

REMINDER..... It is very important that our children are appropriately dressed with warm clothing, snow pants, hats, coats, mittens, gloves, and boots.  (We recommend that all students keep an extra set of clothes in their backpack especially, socks & pants.) Children need fresh air and exercise and we will be going outside unless it is raining or extremely cold (temperature less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit or 10 degrees or less with the wind chill factor), or have a written statement from a physician.  A note from a parent is not sufficient.  Please keep in mind that the temperature may change from the morning to lunchtime so at times they may stay in for lineup in the morning but will be able to go outside at lunchtime.

ATTEN: PARENTS – The buzzer located at the first set of doors closest to Campbell Road is to be used ONLY by parents who have students in the Toddler, Preschool and Latchkey (a/k/a S.A.C.C) Programs.  All parents and visitors must be buzzed in at the front entrance doors even if your child is in a classroom close to those doors, i.e., the kindergarten/1st grade and 2nd grade classrooms.  Please DO NOT ask to be buzzed in at those doors unless you have a child in one of those programs. For the safety of students and staff, the Learning Ladder policy prohibits staff from buzzing in parents who do not have a child enrolled in one of these programs.

We are asking for your help as we work to create a safe and secure morning each and every day. School does not begin until 8:30 a.m.  The front doors open at 8:00 a.m. for students having breakfast. Please make sure that your child does not arrive prior to 8:00 a.m. (Band students will be let in on Fridays at 7:45 a.m.) All students entering the cafeteria/multipurpose room MUST purchase a breakfast. This does not include purchasing a bagel from the bagel sales fundraiser. On Fridays, students who are only purchasing a bagel from the bagel sales fundraiser cannot wait in the cafeteria/multipurpose room but, must go outside at their designated doors until the bell rings unless they are purchasing a breakfast in addition to the bagel from the breakfast program. Thank you for helping us keep our students safe.
